You can use the tools that Evelyn suggested.. they are very good. However, you must take it a step or two further and make sure the 'popular' keywords are not too competitive that you would never rank for them in the search engines. That's why it is important to find the 'money keywords' that have the right balance of searches to competition. You have a much better chance of ranking high in search results and getting lots more traffic to your website.
